Lake Compounce does the classic dark ride one better by making it an interactive experience. Inside an old Gothic-style building known as Bleakstone Manor, two riders load into each car, each person armed with their own laser gun. Riders shoot ghosts positioned throughout the ride and they earn higher scores for each hit. After the final scores are displayed, the loser buys the winner an order at the Fried Bats concession stand (on the other side of Bleakstone Manor). Ghost Hunt is now running at full capacity with all eight cars. Ghost Hunt is being refurbished for the 2008 season.
