Sky Ride
Manufactured by Garaventa/CTEC
Installed in 1997
This fixed-grip quad chairlift climbs 750 vertical feet of the steepest terrain you’ll never see at a ski area. Up to four people load at the bottom and continue around the cycle at the top, eventually pointing them directly down the mountain. Riders really feel the steepness as they descend. Even skiers, who are used to riding lifts many feet above the ground, will feel a bit uneasy about riding down. To ease the tension, enjoy the scenery of the lake, the waterpark, Boulder Dash, and the Thunder Rapids Raft Ride at the base of the mountain. The entire ride, up and down, takes about 25 minutes.
